An exhibition stand is judged in the three seconds someone takes to walk past it, and then again up close when they are standing inside it. Both have to hold up, which is why we build ours rather than subcontract them.
We work either way round. Bring your agency’s drawings and we fabricate to them, or brief us on the space, the budget and what the stand has to do and we design it. Either way the carpentry, the print, the graphics and the finishing happen in our own workshop, and our crew installs it and takes it down.
Stands are built for shows across the UAE – Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai, ADNEC in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah Expo Centre – and the structure can be stored and rebuilt for the next show rather than skipped.

Do you design the stand or only build it?
Both, and you choose. Give us the objective, the stand size and the budget and we will design it. Or send your agency's drawings and we fabricate exactly to them. Many clients come with a global design from head office that has to be built locally, which is a job we do regularly.
How much does an exhibition stand cost in Dubai?
It depends on the floor area, whether it is a shell scheme upgrade or a custom build, the height and complexity of the structure, lighting and AV, and whether the stand has to be stored and rebuilt afterwards. Send the stand size, the show and the dates and you get a costed plan rather than a rate card.
How far in advance do you need the brief?
The more notice the better, but the honest answer depends on the build. A shell scheme upgrade can be turned around quickly. A large custom stand needs lead time for fabrication, print and organiser approvals. Tell us the show date and we will say plainly whether it is achievable.
Which venues do you build at?
Shows across the UAE, including Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai, ADNEC in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah Expo Centre. Each venue and organiser has its own rules on height, rigging, materials and build-up times, and we work to them.
Do you handle organiser approvals and drawings?
Yes. Technical drawings, structural sign-off where the venue requires it, and the organiser submissions are part of the job rather than something handed back to you.
Can we reuse the stand at the next show?
Often yes, and it is usually worth designing for it from the start. Modular structures and printed graphics can be stored and rebuilt, with only the graphics changed if the message moves on.
Do you supply furniture, lighting and AV?
Yes, as part of the stand rather than as a separate conversation. Lighting in particular changes how a stand reads from the aisle, so it is designed in rather than added at the end.
Who installs and dismantles it?
Our own crew. They build it during the build-up window, stay available through the show for anything that needs attention, and strike it afterwards.
