Radical Communication is more than an agency. We are the team brands in Dubai call when an idea has to become something physical: a truck on the road, a stand on a mall floor, a gift on a desk, a uniform on a shift.
We run our own fleet of activation vehicles and our own workshop. Printing, fabrication, vehicle branding and finishing happen under one roof, alongside the people who plan the routes, arrange the approvals and stand on site when it goes live. That is why we can be held to a deadline and a standard instead of passing on a supplier’s excuse.
The work spans mobile truck and bus activation, corporate gifts, custom printing, fabrication, apparel and uniforms, branding and event management across the UAE. We have a particular track record in beauty, luxury and fashion, where the finish is judged from a few centimetres away and there is nowhere to hide.

Charlton leads Radical Communication with a straightforward idea: bring strategy, production and execution under one roof so nothing is lost between suppliers. His background spans advertising, production and fabrication, and he still reviews the work before it leaves the workshop.

What does Radical Communication do?
We are an advertising and production company in Dubai. We run mobile truck and bus activations, supply corporate gifts, print, fabricate retail and exhibition displays, produce apparel and uniforms, apply branding across premises and vehicles, and manage events across the UAE.
Where are you based and where do you work?
Our office and workshop are in Dubai, and we deliver across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Do you produce the work yourselves or outsource it?
The vehicles are ours, and printing, fabrication, vehicle branding and finishing happen in our own workshop. That is the main reason we can be held to a deadline and a standard rather than passing on a supplier's excuse.
Can you handle a campaign end to end?
Yes. Strategy, creative adaptation, production, approvals, the on-ground team and the reporting can all sit with us. Equally, many clients bring us in for one part alongside their own agency or team.
What size of project do you take on?
